Andy Partridge wins an award!

"All You Pretty Girls", written Andy Partridge which appeared on XTC's 1984 album, "The Big Express" album has won the BBC Radio 2 Folk awards best original song for 2009, as performed by Jim Moray.

Here's the Jim Moray video which bears more than a passing resemblance to XTC's original.

OO! Thinking I missed the chance to see him play ever when I couldn't get to the Chicago Blues Fest last year, it looks like I might just get the chance!
